Dubai Newborn Photographer – Sasha Gow Photography
Being a professional Dubai Newborn Photographer I work with hundreds of little ones per calendar year. Some babies come early, some babies come late, some babies come on their due dates. When mums book their sessions with Sasha Gow Photography, they get all the guidance and advice. Mums to be usually approach Dubai Newborn Photographer during second – third trimester of their pregnancy. The sessions are pre-booked with mum’s due date and type of package and Dubai newborn photographer session is confirmed once little one is born. Absolute best age gap to capture is first fourteen days of the newborn, while they still presume womb like behavior. I always recommend to come at day 5-10 days of newborns. But sometimes things do not go according to plan! Baby Penelope surprised her parents Marushka and Leon super early. She could not wait to meet the family and her big sister Scarlet and decided to arrive at 27 weeks! That shockingly did not allow her mum Marushka to start her third trimester of pregnancy. Being in second trimester of pregnancy myself I get goosebumps even thinking of it! Little one arrived at City Hospital, Dubai and with huge support of local doctors, having spent nearly 3 months in NICU, she’s now perfectly healthy and at home!
When Penelope’s mum approached me, little one was 3 (!) months old and generally Dubai newborn photography sessions at that stage are not recommended and are hardly possible. Mostly because newborns get much more stretchy and alert at that stage. Being a professional Dubai Newborn Photographer and having photographed quite a few premature babies in the past, I could not turn that family down and not give it a try. We set the timing and Penelope came over to the studio.
Needless to say, it’s mind blowing to see someone so tiny but yet so perfect! Penelope was beyond adorable with gorgeous cheeks, beautiful features and most heartwarming smiles! Penelope is very fond of her sleep, so keeping her content and relaxed was fairly easy.
The colors of her parents wedding were purples so we could not help but using those colors! We used props from Art My Blanket and Made 4Ewe Props. The felted rug and beautiful basket rug made those set ups pop!
Classic pinks and mints were so beautiful with Penelope’s skin tones! We could not get enough!
We finished up with sibling portraits of Scarlet and Penelope. These two have the most amazing bond and are so close already and the photographs could not reflect it better!
Little ones like Penelope are incredibly strong and inspiring! I’m wishing this little fighter to get stronger and healthier day by day and bring lots of joy to her family!
